Register your rule

After that, you just need to register in the set of rules:

popcornGuineapigParentConfig {
    type = ProjectType.KMP

    children = listOf(
        ...
        PopcornChildConfiguration(
            moduleNameRegex = ":target-module",
            rules = listOf(
                 MyRule(),
            )
        )
}
